this video shows how women can just become sexual objects and become the subject of the male gaze- the slow up angle shots show the women's curves and most of the women are in swim suits and 'akon' is almost fully clothed so this shows you that the women are supposed to be the main attaraction of the video, also because of it's target audience >young boys want to watch the video > and it makes young girls think it's fine to bare their bodies and be objectifyed by men .
The title of the song (sexy chick)also makes you think instantly that it is going to majoritaly naked women in the video.

most music video's have become accustome to having celebrities featuring in the music and video's such as the 'indie' band 'cobra starship' who have recently featured Actress Leighton Meester in their new single.
i think this is all becoming a type of sub-genre similar to pop sensation Miley Cyrus who dabbles in both acting and music and also an alter-ego 'Hannah Montana'

the music we are using in our music videois the type of genre that is featured in KERRANG and NME mgazine. which i follow almost religiously every week which keeps me and my peers up to date with new styles of music and the original types of music videos!

this is 'colplay-strawberry swing' me and my group relly enjoy this video as it is unique and original and so much time and effort went into making it and it really made a great video- we would maybe like to incorporate some form of animation in our music video!
